1. What is Kauppakamariverkko?

KauppakamariVerkko is an online utility providing an overview of all member companies of the Finnish Chambers of Commerce on a single website. At the same time, the network serves as a rendezvous for all Chamber of Commerce members and potential partners. It is a convenient and easy-to-use tool for networking, seeking out business partners, sharing ideas and establishing contacts.

2. What benefit can Kauppakamariverkko offer to my company?

You will become part of a reliable community that wields influence. You will be able to reach all the Chamber of Commerce member companies across Finland efficiently. KauppakamariVerkko offers the opportunity to

  • recommend a reliable partner for other network members
  • request references from a customer concerning your company’s products or services
  • establish network partnerships
  • make targeted offers to network members using the Advertisements tool
  • increase your visibility in the form of a extensive company presentation.

3. What information about my company is dispalyedt?

The following information is displayed free of charge:

  • Chamber of Commerce your company is affiliated with
  • Field of activity
  • City
  • Postal code
  • Address
  • Telephone number
  • Fax
  • Website address
  • Business identity code
  • Map location

The following additions will be displayed for companies with a subscription to VerkkoMainos:

  • Company’s year of establishment
  • Company’s net sales
  • Number of staff
  • Ownership base

Additionally, a company subscribing to the VerkkoMainos service may

  • Add up to 10 contact persons with photos on their own site
  • Write a maximum of 10 product presentations complete with photos
  • Upload the company logo to the page
  • Write a company presentation
  • Add advertisements with photos and presentations texts with a link to the company’s own website.

4. What should I do to get the additional services mentioned above?

Subscribe to the VerkkoMainos service either directly via KauppakamariVerkko or by calling (09) 2286 0253. The customer service unit of the Helsinki Region Chamber of Commerce first checks to make sure that the individual involved represents the company and then sends the user credentials required for access to the extended VerkkoMainos services.

  • If the individual involved is already registered with the service and subscribes to the VerkkoMainos service, the same user credentials will continue to apply but they will be updated and all the users registered with the service will be given access to update and add information to the company’s dedicated pages.

5. What is the subscription rate to VerkkoMainos and what does it include?

The VerkkoMainos subscription costs EUR 122 per year. VerkkoMainos includes:

  • Logo
  • Company presentation complete with photos
  • Product/service presentations complete with photos
  • Possibility of posting advertisements
  • Monthly newsletters
  • Tag cloud in which a registered company user may enter key words descriptive of the company up to 150 characters. The keywords are used for searching
  • Year of establishment
  • Contact persons with photos and contact details
  • Net sales
  • Number of staff
  • Ownership base
  • A company subscribing to VerkkoMainos can receive references.
  • Visibility in the nationwide newsletter for the quickest advertisers

VerkkoMainos is only available to Chamber of Commerce members.

6. How can I cancel my VerkkoMainos subscription?

You can cancel your subscription for the VerkkoMainos service by e-mail at kauppakamariverkko@chamber.fi or by calling (09) 2286 0253.

You can post your notice directly onto your page in KauppakamariVerkko.
